EVERYBODY LOVE EVERYBODY!
LIKE and REBLOG if you believe a father should have the chance to be a father, a child should have the chance to have a father, and/or that problems between parents should not be taken out on children.
This father and child have not seen each other since she was around 6 months old, she is turning 6 this year. No pictures, no public meetings, nothing…….
The courts ruled him “not capable” of being a father due to accusations and lies on behalf of the other parenting party, which have never been proven, nor have ever happened. Not only has he been paying OVER half of his paycheck to help support his daughter these past 5 years, but he has also spent money on lawyers, submitting court documents, and has done everything the courts have asked of him in order to see her.
About 3 years ago the courts placed a PPO order (Personal Protection Order) against him for sending his daughter a birthday card, that was signed by him, his parents, and his niece (whom is about the same age as his daughter and had just learned how to spell her name and was very proud to be sending it to her cousin.) The order was placed for 5 years, and still has about 2 years to go before anything can be done with the courts again to try to reconnect this daughter and father.
There are many examples I could give for this case to show the misuse of the justice system and the flaws in everything, but this picture is being passed around to make people AWARE of the court system flaws and show this little girl that her daddy LOVES her.
